Digital Products
LunaCherry72 currently sells digital products only.
No physical products will be shipped or delivered by post. As a result, there are no shipping charges or physical delivery times associated with our digital products.
Digital Delivery
After successful payment, your digital product will be made available electronically.
Depending on the product purchased, delivery may include:
- a digital file or PDF;
- a link to access or create your own copy of a digital product;
- a Google Sheets template;
- instructions for accessing or setting up your purchase; or
- another form of electronic delivery as described on the individual product page.
Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct and that you follow any access or download instructions supplied with your order.
Google Sheets Products
Some LunaCherry72 products, including our automated digital planners, are designed for use with Google Sheets.
These products may be supplied using a link that allows you to create your own copy of the product.
A Google account and access to Google Sheets may be required. Some automated functionality may also use Google Apps Script and require you to authorise the necessary permissions when first using your copy.
Please check the individual product description for compatibility and software requirements before purchasing.
Delivery Times
Digital products are normally available immediately or shortly after successful payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Occasionally, payment processing or technical issues may cause a short delay.
I Haven't Received My Digital Product
If you cannot access your purchase, please:
- Check the email address used when placing your order.
- Check your spam or junk email folder if delivery information was sent by email.
- Review your order confirmation for any download or access instructions.
- Contact LunaCherry72 if you still cannot access your purchase.
Please include your order number and the email address used for your order so that we can help locate your purchase.
No Physical Delivery
Any photographs, mock-ups, devices, printed pages or other physical items shown in product images are for illustration and demonstration purposes only, unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
Purchasing a digital product does not include any physical item.
Incorrect Email or Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
If you believe you have entered an incorrect email address or other information that prevents you from receiving your digital purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
Technical Problems
If you receive your digital product but experience a genuine problem accessing or using it, please contact LunaCherry72.
We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access or technical issues relating to the product.
