Digital Products

All products sold by LunaCherry72 are digital products unless otherwise stated. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital products are supplied electronically and can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, they cannot be physically returned.

By requesting immediate access to your digital product, you expressly consent to the digital content being supplied before the end of the applicable cancellation period and acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content has begun, you may lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase.

For this reason, change-of-mind refunds or exchanges are not normally available once access to the digital product has been provided or the download has begun.

Problems With Your Purchase

This includes situations where:

  • you are unable to access the digital product;
  • you receive the wrong file or access link;
  • a file is corrupted or does not work as described; or
  • there is another genuine technical problem with the product.

Where appropriate, I will try to resolve the issue by providing technical assistance, a corrected file or replacement access.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy.

Compatibility

Please read the full product description and compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Some LunaCherry72 products may require particular software, apps, accounts or services to function correctly. Any such requirements will be stated in the product description.

Refunds will not normally be provided where a customer purchases a product without having the software, account or device clearly stated as being required, except where required by law.

Accidental Purchases

Please contact me as soon as possible if you believe you have made a purchase accidentally.

If the digital product has not yet been accessed, downloaded or supplied, I may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Once immediate access has been provided and the digital content supply has begun, cancellation rights may no longer apply where the required consent and acknowledgement have been given.
